Where is the event taking place?
Comfi Beats will be held at Candela La Brea: 831 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036

When is the event?
Comfi Beats will be held on Friday, August 12th @ 7:00pm and doors will open @ 6:00pm.

Who needs a ticket?
All event attendees will need to purchase a ticket

What are the COVID guidelines? 

Comfi Beats is a fully vaccinated event and all admission is available via touchless ticketing. All attendees must show proof of vaccination and masks are optional to wear throughout the entire show. No food or beverage will be allowed in the event.

Are minors permitted?
There’s no minimum age for admittance but all guests two years and older must have a ticket.

 

Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes. If you have any specific concerns, questions, or requirements please contact us at support@comfibeats.com

 

Is food and drink allowed?
No outside food or drinks are permitted, but we will provide drinks and treats to all attendees, included in the ticket price.

 

Can I take photos and video?
Yes, photography is allowed. Commercial shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment is prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from management. Contact support@comfibeats.com for more information.

 

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. 

Can I return or exchange merchandise?
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the purchase date. comfi beats  only offers store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.  After 30 days from the purchase date, a refund cannot be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, hair, or wear) and in original packaging.

How can I buy tickets?
Tickets are no longer available for purchase. 

What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 

Are there discounts?
All tickets are general admission, and can be purchased for $40. We are not offering any discounts at this time.

Do I need to print my ticket?
You do not need to print your ticket confirmation, but you will need to present your email confirmation upon entering the event.
